Do you have a buyers guide i could download & read. I've long wanted to relocate to Costa del sol but recently theres unrest regarding the market & talk of a double taxation on sales- this has concerned me, can you offer any further insights / reassurances please ? I would also be seeking residency longer term, is that still possible - I'm aware many things have changed recently for expats wanting to move to Spain?
